One of the primary digital tactics employed by traffickers to recruit victims is the use of deceptive job advertisements on reputable job portals, online forums, social media platforms, and other virtual spaces. In some instances, traffickers are even capable of creating entirely fictitious job agency websites and promoting them. The traffickers initially conduct a pre-selection process; among those selected, they continue the recruitment phases.
